Both the ceremony and the reception will take place at The Willows at Ashcombe Mansion, located at 1100 W Grantham Rd, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055. You will be guided directly to the ceremony area upon your arrival to take your seat.

Our ceremony will take place outdoors in the English Knot Garden, followed by cocktail hour both in the Historic Mansion and on the Patio. The reception will be hosted in the climate-controlled Grand Sperry Tent. In the event of inclement weather, our ceremony will take place indoors.

We've reserved a room block at The Hilton Harrisburg. Please book your stay by calling the hotel at 717-233-6000 and mention the Smith Burns Wedding while booking to receive our reduced rate.

For guests within driving distance of the venue, there is abundant onsite parking directly adjacent to the ceremony and reception locations.

A shuttle will be provided to and from the Hilton Harrisburg to the Willows at Ashcombe Mansion. Guests who choose to stay elsewhere are welcome to walk, drive, or rideshare to the Hilton Harrisburg and take advantage of the shuttle. The shuttle will depart the Hilton Harrisburg at 3:40 pm and 3:50 pm for the ceremony and depart the venue following the reception at 10:45 pm.

Our dress code is black-tie optional. We ask that you wear a tuxedo or dark suit and tie, or an evening gown or a midi-length dress is appropriate.

We have thoughtfully included the name of every guest invited to attend on your invitation, and no additional guests can be accommodated.
